If you are not aware already, the building is currently experiencing heat and hot water problems. Please see below the message from another unit owner on keeping the heat running.

Hi All, 
It appears that both motors on the heater have failed. The plumber has gotten one motor up but it is precarious. Please CRANK YOUR HEAT ALL THE WAY as soon as you get home. This gives us the best chance of keeping some heat.
