[Lindengardens] Postponing Heating Pipe Maintenance

To All Third Floor Units (#21, 22, 23, 24, 25, and 26):

Due to planning problems, we will not be entering the top floor units on Tuesday 
morning (Dec 28) to adjust the heating pipes.  Instead, we will try to 
reschedule the project to a later day this week.  I'll send the new time/date to 
everyone as soon as I receive it.  If you are not at home at the scheduled time, 
we are planning to enter your unit with the keys that were provided to the 
trustees.  If this is a problems, please let us know.

Subject: [Lindengardens] Entrance Required to Top Floor Units on Tuesday Morning 
(Dec. 28)


To All Third Floor Units (#21, 22, 23, 24, 25, and 26):
 
We are currently experiencing problems with heating pipes in our building that 
is resulting in loud noises in some of the units.  To remedy this problem, our 
plumbing company needs to enter each third floor unit on Tuesday morning, 8 
am (December 28) to make adjustments to the pipes.  Someone from Paradigm or a 
trustee will accompany the plumbing company into the units. 
 
Can each unit owner on the third floor reply to Aaron Federman 
(aaron.federman at yahoo.com) and Adam Williams (awilliams at paradigmpartner.com) 
with confirmation on entering their unit?  If you are not home at this time, we 
can use the keys that were issued to the trustees for your unit.
