[Lindengardens] snow

Hi, everyone,
Merry Christmas to those of you who celebrate that, and Happy New 
Year to all!  It looks like we are likely to get hit with our first 
real snowfall in the next couple days.  For those of you who have not 
had the pleasure of joining us for previous winters -- one of the 
issues is that there is very little space for snow to be piled in our 
parking lot.  Therefore, it has worked the best when we have all made 
the effort to move our cars out of our parking spaces when the plow 
comes, so that the snow can be piled in front of our cars (at the 
back of the spots, next to the building and the back fence).  This 
requires some cooperative effort.

Because my unit overlooks the parking lot, I often am aware when the 
plow has arrived, and I try at those times to ring as many bells as 
possible to let people know that it is time to try to get our cars 
out.  Please do cooperate with this if you can!  (I also have a 
personal investment in this, as I have a corner spot next to the side 
fence and, if there are too many cars in the lot, I end up with a big 
pile of snow behind my car, which I am physically unable to 
move!)  Obviously, if it is the middle of the night I won't be 
ringing your bell!  :-)

Two other things:  I do have a physical difficulty with shoveling, so 
if anyone is interested in working out an arrangement with me in 
which I would pay you to help me with shoveling, please contact me off list.

And second:  If there are owners on this list who have new tenants, 
please let the trustees know their contact info.  And, apparently, 
they can be added to the lindengardens list by following instructions

sorry to send to both lists but I'm not clear if there are owners who 
are on one but not the other.
