The water in the building will be off briefly today (unfortunately I don't
know at what time), for some plumbing work being done in Unit 3.

As an FYI.  We got a call from Martin Marks.  He indicated he is having
trouble with a plumbing fixture in his unit.  They will need to shut off the
water to the building today for about an hour to replace a valve in his
unit.
