[Lindengardens] Parking Spot 1

Hello everyone,
Quick question.  Does anyone know whose car is parked in my spot, #1  
to the right of the building.  I have a permit to park on the street,  
but I have a friend coming over in a couple of hours and he is going  
to be using my spot.  Car is a black impala with Jersey plates.  I  
would really hate to be the guy who blocks the car in, but I am  
limited in my options and we plan leaving the premises this evening.
