Hi,
I've contacted the Comcast. They don't have any restriction for the residential internet account to be use for whole condo complex with WiFi. The fast speed is  50 Mbps/10Mbps for $99.95/month. The one restriction is that the service can only connect to one cable outlet. The contact person is Nick 603-628-3820. He can help us to set it up if we decide to go for it.

They also have the Internet for business with all the business services which we don't need: 22 Mbps/5 Mbps, $99.95/month or 
			50 Mbps/10 Mbps, $189.95/month.

I haven't looked over the terms of my service, but I'd be willing to bet that there is something in there that forbids that sort of thing. Therefore, it'd probably be best if the condo association wasn't involved, and that any internet sharing was done through informal agreements.



If someone wants to do more research on this, please let us know what you find out...
