[Lindengardens] glassed candles policy

dear fellow residents of linden 25,
as some of you may have noticed, I often return home late at night and at
that pre-dawn hour prefer dim lighting to the harsh glare of electricity. to
this end, I burn--on shelves a far way away from my futon--candles that are
housed in glass (like, the kind that already come in a glass container), so
that htere be no fire hazard in case I fall asleep with one or two of them
still lit, which is rare. Is this illegal, unsafe, or in any other way
objectionable?
