[Lindengardens] Update on Washing Machines

Dan Silva and his repairman fixed the broken washing machine next to the door today.  He also replaced the card reader on the washing machine next to the wall.  As he expected, the new card reader does not affect the time that it takes to start the washing process; it currently takes about 4 minutes to start.  However, he tested the machine three times and it cycled through all stages of the cleaning process correctly.
