[Lindengardens] Package out front

This happened to me a couple times many years back, at which point I started having almost all packages delivered to my work address. 

Probably the best thing is for anyone who is getting a package of value to make sure they request it be signed for on delivery in person—and if one of the other occupants in the building signs for it, or sees one left in the foyer, then it should be taken inside the inner door and left there on the landing.  I'm afraid that especially in the summer, and around holiday seasons, there are people who lurk around buildings like ours and seek out such opportunities.
