[Lindengardens] Two new policies

The roof needs to be locked. New roof = big money. A rubber roof is  
not designed for foot traffic. One high heel puncture or dropped set a  
keys can breach the surface and cause leaks.

Plus, there is the liability of people falling off.

My two cents. Respectfully submitted.
