[Lindengardens] Front yard

Hello all,

Now that Spring is here, our front yard is back in use for enjoying the 
nice weather. The trustees would like to just remind everyone of a few 
things to help us all enjoy it!

- Please keep the area tidy. Make sure you throw away any trash and be 
careful to keep our plants and flowers looking good.
- Be aware of noise. As you all know, people have bedrooms right in the 
front of our building, and our neighbors are not far away either. 
Particularly on work nights, be sure to keep the noise levels reasonable.

We'll talk more about our entire front yard at our Annual Meeting on 
June 7. In the meantime, if anyone has any questions or problems, please 
feel free to contact Aaron, David, or myself. Thanks!
