[Lindengardens] Locksmith coming Thursday

He's gone; those of you who had work done should notice a shiny new
button on your wall.  It pops open the grate.  The welder told me not
to slam it shut, as it might break the lock (I'm assuming it's a bit
more resilient in the other direction).

Bonus points to whomever finds (and lets us know about) a wall plate
which fits the button, so any cracks/holes in the wall are covered up.
