[Lindengardens] Power?

Since I have been living in the Lindengate Garden Grotto forever or nearly so, I can tell you that our neighborhood went through a lengthy period of frequent short-duration blackouts several years back. It had something to do with transformers or circuit exchangers or whatever they are needing to be replaced on Elm or Somerville Ave. (Looks like it will be time for the city to dig up Somerville up for the umpteenth time!) We might have to get on the phone to our City Councillor, if anyone knows who it is.
