[Lindengardens] Water shut off 9am Friday

We have had a problem with fluctuating water temperature in the shower and at times it taking a long time for the water to heat up when the shower is first started (the latter usually happens early in the morning).

But I've only noticed it in the shower - never had a problem with the water temp coming out of the sink.

We have a 2 stage boiler, and it may need an adjustment to cope during peak times.

This is sort of unrelated, but has anyone else had their water fluctuate between warm and cold?  I have had that problem recently and was wondering if it was just me, or if there is a larger problem within the building.
