[Lindengardens] Water shut off 9am Friday

We were having a problem with really bad water temperature fluctuations
while showering, up until maybe 2 weeks ago, when it seemed to calm down.
But before that the temperature was fluctuating wildly, so you were almost
constantly making large adjustments.
