[Lindengardens] Work in unit #3

Dear residents,

This is to let you know that this week on Wednesday-Friday, workmen  
will be doing construction in my unit to repair the damage from last  
year's flooding. I am going to ask for your patience while I leave  
some of my property (shelving units and boxes) in the downstairs  
hallway opposite the laundry room. I am told all the work will be done  
by Friday evening, and I'll put things back into my unit as soon as I  
can.
