[Lindengardens] Dumpster Situation

Charlie et al,
I am wondering what happened with your meeting with Jim Douglass last
week -- I see that some of the vehicles are still parking in a way
that would block the Waste Management pick up.
I am also wondering what is happening with the washing machine. In
the past, Dan Silva has gotten someone out here to fix it pretty
immediately when it is broken. If he is not doing that now, I wonder
whether this is our opening to break the contract, since he is not
following through on his end. In any case, it's inconvenient to
have one working washing machine for 17 units!
Thanks,
Candy
