[Lindengardens] Sink in boiler room

Hello all,

I've noticed that someone is not fully turning off the hot water on the 
sink in the boiler room after they are done using it.  The faucet 
requires a good "crank" to get it to fully turn off.  If you do use the 
sink, please make sure to turn it fully off when you're done.  When the 
water is still running, we all end up paying for it.  I'll be asking the 
cleaning company to make sure to do the same if they're using it as 
well.  Thank you.
