AMERICAN EMBASSY BEIRUT HAS A VACANCY FOR an Economic Specialist
Mission:
Responsible for factual and analytical reporting on key economic issues in Lebanon of interest to the US Government, and the promotion of US economic interests in Lebanon.
Profile:
· University degree in Economics is required, advanced degree is preferred
· Four to six years of progressively responsible experience working on Lebanon's economic and political environment and economic policies
· Level IV fluency in English, Arabic and French including basic drafting ability
· Ability to maintain a broad network of contacts and conduct independent research and analysis to evaluate economic trends
Offer:
Starting salary L.L.3,000,000. - Per month and a package of interesting benefits.
