Enhancement: accuracy - 'your password will expire in N days...'

Hi all,

I noticed a discrepancy in the message in $subject a while back, where
the number of days to expiry does not align with the user's day of the
week. If you'd like more detail, I opened a bug here:
https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1188917.

I've attached a minor patch to increase the accuracy of the message (2
decimal places), feedback would be appreciated
