Camellia symbol collisions with OpenSSL

Hi all,

I've just moved from libkrb5 1.10 to 1.11, and have run into symbol
collisions between OpenSSL's libcrypto and libk5crypto. The symbols in
question are Camellia_{Ekeygen,EncryptBlock,DecryptBlock}. I can work
around this by not supporting Camellia in one project or the other (I don't
use it, and control the builds), but this seems likely to cause headaches
for others as 1.11 is more widely adopted.
