Since release 1.7 we've had DCE RPC support.  We don't have good
documentation for it yet, but see:

I'm not sure what you mean by "cross platform," but it should be
interoperable with SSPI DCE RPC on Windows.  Also, the latest KfW
release (4.0.1) should have the same support for it as our source code
releases.
