a suggestion for reducing use of kdc.conf

Is there any interest in weaning people off of configuring kdc.conf?  If
so, seems like the MIT krb5.conf doc should contain all the valid KDC
related parameters and the kdc.conf doc should mention all the valid
kdc.conf parameters but each parameter in the kdc.conf doc would be a
link to the parameter description in the krb5.conf doc.
