[PATCH] Make krb5-config suppress CFLAGS output and omit extra libraries when called with --libs

Thinking about it ... I'm also fine with moving to pkg-config.  I'm neutral
on how it all works out (in terms of Heimdal vs. MIT and picking one if you
have both installed), as long as it's clear to developers how it's supposed
to work.
