libverto integration caused kadm5 unit tests to fail...

Fedora 15 system, i386.  Running the lib/kadm5/unit-tests fails init 117 
and then all tests fail.

This failure was first observed with the libverto integration. The 
checkin before integration works - but
now fails.

kadmind will exit with a segmentation violation - but I do not know if 
this is the cause or the result of the failure.

pkinit is not compiled in.
