[RFC][PATCH] krb5 => libverto main loop

We may not be using the RHEL version of MIT Kerberos 1.11 on RHEL 5, but our KDC's will be running MIT Kerberos 1.11 on RHEL 5, and it'd be great if we didn't have to build our own versions of system libraries to make everything work.
