Making use of authdata with a custom plugin

Jeff,

The greet_{server,client} plugins are a good start (disregard the suffix-less greet plugin).

They demonstrate, respectively, how to generate KDC-Issued authorisation data at the KDC, and surface that via GSS naming extensions at the service.
