HDBBridge review

Hello,

I am submitting the HDBBridge project up for review, ending 31 October  
2009:

I have successfully used this to migrate a flat file Heimdal database  
to MIT. I anticipate this would also work with LDAP backends.

With respect to the PAC glue layer, I have tested this with Heimdal's  
sample windc plugin, but am yet to test with Samba4, as this will  
require a dynamically built version of Samba4.
