nightly snapshots resumed

Due to a set of unexpected configuration changes not under our
control, nightly snapshots of the krb5 source tree ceased to be
published to the FTP server for a while.  These configurations have
been adjusted so that the snapshots will function correctly.  As of
Oct. 17, the snapshots are once again published to the FTP server.
