One of our medium-term goals is to merge the UMich and Apple pkinit
implementations in some way.  Feedback on the pkinit user interfaces
and other aspects of pkinit is welcome and appreciated.

To Nico: Thank you for pointing out the inconsistency in the pkinit
user interface.  I am currently investigating why this is the case.
