Removing the application tree

Is that exactly right?

I thought maybe we wanted to keep the little so-called sample  
programs that are basically useful only for testing -- gss-sample,  
sample, simple, user_user -- and get rid of bsd, gssftp, and telnet.

Personally, I'd like to see clients/ksu go as well, leaving just  
strictly Kerberos-oriented utility programs in "clients", though I  
know some disagree with me on that.
