Generic error messages, 1 of many

Thanks for writing about the error messages in the kadmin interface.

As you may be aware, we took significant steps to improve the error
handling of the raw Kerberos API in Kerberos 1.6.  Commands like
kinit, kvno and others do produce error messages including names of
missing principals, names of missing files, etc.

I'm pleased to report that Kerberos 1.7, due out in the second half of
next year, will bring this improvement to GSS-API applications and to
the kadmin interface.  Most of that work has been completed and is
available on our trunk.
