Need information about the SPN

download microsoft's setspn.exe tool - google for it to find it.  then,
run it to see the help.  you'll want to do something like:

setspn -A FTP/principal-name

where "principal-name" is the name of the machine account in active
directory.  i assume you are using microsoft's KDC.
