KFW 3.2 and Vista MSLSA

For KFW 3.2 I want to enable the KERB_SUBMIT_TICKET and
HAVE_CACHE_INFO_EX2 functionality within the MSLSA: krb5_ccache
implementation.  Doing so will require that the Vista Platform SDK be
used when building the Kerberos 5 libraries.

Does anyone object to this change?
