Build issues - krb5-1.5.1

I'm trying to get the ANAME_DB functionality working, but during the
build I get the following:

an_to_ln.c:107: error: syntax error before "key"
an_to_ln.c:112: error: `key' undeclared (first use in this function)
an_to_ln.c:122: error: `contents' undeclared (first use in this
function)

I have the gdbm header files and have tried configure with and without
--with-system-db.  This was attempted on both suse 9.3 and redhat en4.

Any thoughts or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
