More on graylisting

Well, the Graylisting change to gssftpd actually is working a lot
better than I had hoped.

On the second connection, the software agent attempting to brute
force attack gets the "530 Site x.x.x.x blacklisted for 120 seconds"
and stops the attack.  It doesn't grok the text or adapt its strategy.

I've added man page diffs to the patch.

If someone from the development/release team could tell me if the
patch will be in future releases, or if not, what changes need to be
made so that it's acceptable, I'd appreciate it...
