MIT Kerberos 1.4.3 does not build on 64-bit Windows.
Most of the work to make MIT Kerberos build with Visual Studio 2005
and 64-bit Windows has been accomplished but it is not ready for
release. No release date has yet been set.

The Credential Cache API Server does not build at all
on 64-bit systems. This module is being completely re-written.

Note that on 64-bit Windows you must install a 64-bit Credential
Cache API server as well as client libraries for both 32-bit and
64-bit applications.

Also note that until Windows Vista is released, the 32-bit Windows
on Windows environment is not supported by the LSA. Any attempt
to access the MSLSA: credential cache interface will result in an
application crash.

In summary, 64-bit Windows support for Kerberos is not there yet.
Its not a trivial port and for many applications 64-bit Windows
is going to require Vista.
