Adding graylisting to ftpd?

Hi.

I've been using the following preliminary patch with gssftp's ftpd
locally, and with good success.

I'll try migrating it to use the gdbm interface instead of the classic
dbm interface, and send updates later.

Was wondering if it (or a slightly modified version) could make it into
the source tree.  I figure other people might want it as well.  It's cut
down on the number of hackers trying to do a brute force password
attack on my FTP server.
