Rahul:

A plug-in interface is a public API that must be stable.
k5-int.h is an internal header file that contains definitions
which represent the internal architecture of the library that
MIT must be able to change in future releases without concern
that those changes will break applications that use the libraries
nor break the plug-ins that the library is expected to use.

If there is functionality in k5-int.h that is required for
a plug-in interface to be defined, then we need to determine
if that functionality can be implemented such that it can become
stable and public.
