When I go through my archives of krbdev I don't see an e-mail with a
subject about krb5_sname_to_principal changing.  I do see an e-mail with
the subject "[ #2652] SVN Commit" that mentions this
change (Message-id: <rt-2652-18689.18.2739608882209 at>).  I
would suggest that public interface changes get an e-mail to the krbdev
list with a less generic subject.
