KFW 3.1 Authentication dialog

Most likely the answer is 'yes' although the current implementation
is going to have to be re-written.  64-bit KFW is not going to have
either the CCAPIv2 nor the KRBV432 libraries.  As such, the Leashdll
code which has heavy dependencies on both is going to need to be
refactored in order to enable it to build.
