Open Ldap / AD Integration

Hi there,
 
Could someone kindly assist ...
 
I'm working on a solution to sync active directory with Open LDAP.
The idea is to have Open LDAP containing the master list of accounts and Active Directory (Win 2003 Server) updates itself from there.
 
Will greatly appreciate some +ve feedback.
