circular reference between libkrb5 and libk5crypto

You know, as long as we're on the subject ... how come libkrb5 and
libk5crypto are separate?  Does anyone use the libk5crypto functions
without using libkrb5?  (Since many of the libk5crypto functions take a
krb5_context, I suspect not).  com_err, I can at least understand.  I
know it's too late to change the ABI, so I guess I'm more curious than
anything.
