request: provide a canonical autoconf fragment for finding krb5 and/or gssapi

In response to some grousing about the "new" existance of libkrb5support, 
it was suggested that perhaps the right answer was use of krb5-config, and 
it is. But every application shouldn't need to provide its own autoconf 
fragment to call and parse krb5-config. Ideally, one would exist which 
could find MIT Kerberos or Heimdal and give you decent additions for at 
least CFLAGS and LDFLAGS.

i realize this is probably a low priority item.
