krb5_string_to_deltat

While testing the new gssrpc code, I've run into a situation with 
krb5_string_to_deltat() not liking my krb5.conf setting of 
ticket_lifetime.  My original krb5.conf has:

ticket_lifetime = 604800

The cvs-current code returns EINVAL for this, but likes "604800s" (or 
"100h", or "7d").

>From a quick look at the cvs logs.  I can't find any recent (or 
not-so-recent) change to cause this new behavior.  Is this intentional?
