Politically it will be challenging to justify an ABI bump for this
release.  I would recommend working under the assumption that we will
need to avoid it, but if we prove to ourselves that avoiding an ABI
bump is technically impossible then that's what we will have to do.

It will probably have implications for which version of Kerberos KFM
5.5 is based on.
