I still have a question of how the server reacts if accept_sec_context
requires channel bindings and the client sends
GSS_C_NO_CHANNEL_BINDINGS. In MIT it seems the server accepts the
context. This seems odd to me, as it would mean channel bindings are
useless. Is this behaviour defined in the draft ?
