Static libs on windows

Perhaps.  We'd really rather you didn't.  We are currently working on
making it easy for you as a vendor of an application that uses
Kerberos on Windows to install the KFW dlls along with your
application.

We'd like to ask you to evaluate this new installer when it enters
beta in the near future and if it does not meet your needs let us know
why.
