error in build krb5-1.3.2-beta4

I am trying to build krb5-1.3.2-beta4 and while creating a Makefile for 
Windows get the following errors:

cat: include/krb5_err.h: No such file or directory 
cat: include/kdb5_err.h: No such file or directory 
cat: include/kv5m_err.h: No such file or directory 
cat: include/krb524_err.h: No such file or directory 
cat: include/asn1_err.h: No such file or directory

Are the above header files different from the once included in the previous 
version(s)?
