Removing Kerberos from used Mac

To Whom It May Concern:

Greetings.
I have received a used computer that has Kerberos Ticket Keeper 
running for the previous owner and am constantly obtaining an error 
message which states:
"Kerberos Ticket Keeper is not running.  This may cause problems with 
the Kerberos Library.  Please open the Kerberos control panel 
immediately to fix this.
When I open the Kerberos Library control panel, then your MIT-Cornell 
connections settings are there.

How can I rid this computer of the:
1.  error message
2.  connection settings for MIT-Cornell

I believe this is causing some USB port problems as well.
